Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Maia Manukian, The Pressure Protocol, Nicosia, Cyprus. You can contact me about privacy through the contact form.

What I collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, work email, role and company, where you are based, your next peak or transition, and who referred you, if you say so. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The 2-minute Pressure check runs in your browser; its answers are not stored or sent.

Why and on what basis

I use your details only to reply to your request and arrange a call (steps taken at your request before a possible contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). I do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to newsletters.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through the website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to my email. Netlify may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

If we do not start working together, I delete your request within 12 months. If we do, client records are kept as required by professional and legal obligations and treated as strictly confidential.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
